Send Us Your Resume
We have several open positions popping up on our company website, job boards and other sources. You may apply to one of those jobs if you find that to be interesting or you may just create your profile and upload your resume on our company website. Your CV will be in our repository and we can approach you if we find a relevant position and set up an interview to understand you better. We engage either through phone or face-to-face based on your current location. One of our hiring managers will coordinate with you to determine your candidacy for a specific position.
Interview with Your Recruiter
One of our recruiters will interact with you to understand your skill set, your ability to foster effective communication, your potential towards responding for the interview questions and your interest and commitment for a project. As a next step, we forward your resume to the respective client for a relevant position and handle the entire recruitment process thoroughly with utmost care.
Interview with Our Clients
We send your resume to the client if we think your skills match the requirements of the position that they are in search of. We ensure that yourtraining will be imparted before presenting you to client; moreover, it is equally important to prove your abilities and willfulness towards the position. After the completion of client interview, we expect the candidate to interact with our recruiter and share their experiences that underwent in the client interview. At the same time we offer the client feedbacks to help you build on their experience.
Following Up
You may reach any of our recruiters or hiring managers if you come across any open position on our company website. We have a large clientele and we contribute our efforts to place you with one of our employers depending on your skills. We follow-up with our clients on a regular basis, in order to know about the status of interviews and placements, further we provide the feedbacks to our job seekers.

Notify us if you can’t handle an interview on the scheduled time, a prior informal on this would help us to continue a healthy business relationship with the client. A prompt response to the phone calls is appreciated as there are chances of receiving calls for last-minute placements. Communicate with your recruiter if you come across any issues after getting placed. We expect a prior notice, if you had to terminate your project early due to some consequences.
